Our technical surveyors visit your building anywhere in Ranchi or Jharkhand equipped with Leica laser distance meters. We measure rough masonry openings, verify wall plumb lines, diagonal squareness, and lintel depths.

Civil masonry openings are never 100% plumb or square. Without high-precision digital measurements, uPVC window and door sashes bind, weather gaskets fail to compress evenly, and glass panels risk structural stress. Our engineers log exact opening tags (W1, W2, D1, Balcony Slider) directly into our engineering fabrication system before any profile is cut.
2D/3D CAD Layouts & Itemized GST Quotation
Before production, our CAD engineers draft complete 2D elevation schematics showing sash opening directions, panel splits, fly-screen orientations, and glass specifications. You receive a transparent itemized quotation with exact square footage, profile series, glass thickness, hardware brand, and GST breakups.
CAD Elevations & Engineering Approval
Review and approve exact dimensions, opening configurations (sliding, casement, tilt & turn), glass tints, and mesh specifications before fabrication starts. Zero unexpected surprises.
Automated Fusion Fabrication & QC Testing
Fabricated at our Baragain, Ranchi facility using multi-point fusion welders, galvanized steel core reinforcement insertion, automated CNC drainage milling, and DGU glass preparation.
Certified Architectural Grade Materials
Every batch uses selected raw materials: high-impact Class A virgin uPVC profiles with TiO2 UV stabilizers, 1.5mm hot-dip galvanized steel reinforcing cores, Saint-Gobain toughened and DGU glass, and German-spec multi-point espagnolettes.
Weather-Sealed Site Installation & Handover
Installed by our experienced site installation crews. We anchor securely into structural concrete lintels, fill perimeters with expanding PU insulation foam, and apply UV-stable neutral silicone weather seals to guard against water seepage during torrential monsoon rain.
Turnkey Site Delivery & 10-Yr Warranty
Final installation inspection, sash alignment, roller calibration, protective film removal, and issue of official 10-Year Warranty Certificate from Naaz uPVC Windows & Doors.
