Our direct production facility at Raj Gharana City, Khijur Tola, Baragain, Ranchi, Jharkhand - 834009 features specialized multi-chamber uPVC assembly bays with dual-head precision miter saws, 4-corner seamless fusion welders, automatic CNC corner-cleaning machines, and certified DGU double-glazing preparation lines. We control 100% of the manufacturing process with trained, in-house installation specialists.

Dual-Head CNC Miter Cutting
Digital calibration saws cut multi-chamber uPVC profiles at exactly 45° and 90° angles with 0.1mm accuracy, guaranteeing perfectly square sash geometry and zero air gaps.
Steel Reinforcement Insertion
Every chamber is fortified with 1.5mm hot-dip galvanized steel cores fastened with anti-corrosive screws. Prevents sagging, warping, and flex under high wind pressures.
Seamless Fusion Corner Welding
Profile joints are heated to 260°C and fused under hydraulic pressure into a solid, monolithic corner that will never leak water, come apart, or let drafts penetrate.
CNC Drainage Slot Milling
Automated milling machines create staggered internal weep slots with anti-backdraft one-way caps that funnel torrential monsoon water safely outdoors without indoor leakage.
Multi-Point Security Gearing
Equipped with European espagnolette gearings, mushroom cams, 3D adjustable security hinges, and heavy-duty nylon-encased stainless steel track rollers for feather-touch operation.
Certified Glass & DGU Glazing
Glass units are secured using co-extruded EPDM gaskets and internal snap-fit glazing beads. Glazing options range from 5mm toughened safety glass to 28mm sound-dampened DGU units.
